Smith.ai: Free has 25 calls, Pro has 75 calls; booking is AI scheduling with Calendly and more; live escalation on Pro, live-staffed plans list transfer destinations.

Polu: Google Calendar, with in-call booking stated as Pro in the FAQ; the Starter page is inconsistent on transfer. Starter is a hard cap that switches to message-only mode.
