Refund policy

The subscription is month to month. You can cancel at any time and service continues to the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded. You can try the service in a free 5-minute demo before you pay, and you can cancel before any renewal.
- There is no refund for a month that has started, used or not.
- Extra-minute packs are not refunded.
- Exception: if we charge you by mistake (a double charge or a wrong amount), we refund the error.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not limited by this page.
How to ask
For a billing error, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and can take several business days to appear.
