Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of callzerus, an AI phone receptionist service operated by Mustafa Başar (Turkey). By subscribing or using the demo you accept them.

The service

callzerus answers phone calls for your business, tells every caller it is an AI before anything else, answers questions from the information you give it, books appointments into your Google Calendar, and leaves you a follow-up when it cannot answer. It is an early version.

Limits you should know

  • It does not transfer calls to a person.
  • It books into Google Calendar only, into times that are free when it checks.
  • It does not guarantee 24/7 availability. Provider outages can interrupt calls.
  • It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergencies.
  • An AI can mishear or misunderstand. You are responsible for checking bookings and follow-ups.

Your responsibilities

  • The information you give the receptionist (hours, services, prices) is yours and must be accurate.
  • Call recording is off by default. If you turn it on, you must meet the recording-consent laws that apply to you and your callers.
  • You must have the right to connect the Google Calendar you link.
  • You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive calls. It answers inbound calls only.

Subscription and payment

The subscription is billed monthly and renews until you cancel. The price and included minutes are on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record and collects any sales tax or VAT. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend the service for misuse or non-payment.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost jobs, lost revenue or indirect loss.
