callzerus is operated by Mustafa Başar (Turkey). This page says what data the service handles and who processes it. For a business that uses callzerus, we process caller data on that business's behalf.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and sign-in details, handled by our sign-in provider.
  • Business settings: hours, services, prices, knowledge items and the calendar you connect.
  • Call data: the caller's phone number (when shown), the name they give, a transcript, a short summary and the outcome of each call. A withheld number is not stored.
  • Appointments the receptionist books for you.
  • Call recordings, only if you turn recording on. It is off by default and the caller is told at the start of the call.
  • Usage counts (calls and minutes) to apply your plan.
  • Partner links: if you arrive through a partner's link (an address with "?aff="), a script from Lemon Squeezy stores a cookie and a browser identifier to credit that partner. It loads only if you accept cookies in the notice.
  • Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and keeps no personal identifier.
  • Payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not see or store card numbers.

Why

To answer calls, book appointments, show you your calls and follow-ups, apply your minute allowance, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use call content to train our own models.

Who processes it

  • LiveKit: phone numbers, call audio and speech and language models.
  • Deepgram: speech to text and text to speech.
  • Google: Calendar access you authorise.
  • Clerk: sign-in.
  • Cloudflare R2: recordings, only when recording is on.
  • Oracle Cloud: hosting of the service and its database.
  • Lemon Squeezy: payments, tax and invoices.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Transcripts, call summaries and recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after the call. The record that a call happened, with its time, length and outcome, stays for usage and billing while your account is active. We delete everything sooner when you ask, and all of it when you close your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and a caller can ask the business or us to delete a call. Write to [email protected].
