Smith.ai pricing: $0 (Free), $150 a month (Pro), $500 a month (Enterprise) for the AI receptionist. Free: 25 calls a month, extra calls $3.00 each, no live support or custom prompting. Pro: 75 calls a month ($2.00 a call), with 150 and 300 call tiers.
Smith.ai lists AI scheduling with Calendly and more on the Free plan. Live-staffed plans offer "professional call answering by real people" and list transfer destinations; the AI Pro plan includes "live escalation". Cancellation needs 30 days notice.
callzerus: the receptionist is always an AI and tells the caller so. Questions it cannot answer go to your dashboard. No refund for a started month. You keep your number and forward the calls you miss.
Calls and minutes are different units, so the prices do not line up one to one. callzerus counts the talk time of answered calls. Smith.ai counts calls.

Choose Smith.ai if
- You want a person to pick up. Smith.ai sells live-staffed answering with real agents on duty. callzerus is an AI only.
- You want to start at $0. The Free plan covers 25 real calls a month, which is enough to see how it handles your callers before you pay.
- You need calls passed to you live. We do not transfer calls yet.
- You use Calendly or a calendar other than Google. We book into Google Calendar only.
- You need 24/7 coverage you can plan around. We do not promise it, and we are not an emergency service.
- You want a long record. Smith.ai is an established company. We are an early version with no track record to point to yet.
Where we fit

- It does not guarantee 24/7 availability and is not an emergency service.
- When the included minutes run out, it stops answering until next month or until you add a pack.
